What does LIFOŽ Certification involve?
A two day intensive workshop which qualifies participants to use the Life OrientationsŽ Method in their work and to purchase the complete supporting range of materials.
The workshops equip you as a coach and facilitator using the LIFOŽ Method to design and run a variety of programs. These might include coaching, conflict resolution, leadership, time management, team building, selling skills, and negotiation skills.

- Authorisation to generate LIFOŽ Reports for clients.
- Membership in an international network of LIFOŽ Trainers.
- License fee to BCon LIFOŽ International Inc.
Licensees are not subject to an annual renewal fee but are required to purchase 20 Personal Style Surveys and Resource Books, or equivalent, per annum to maintain their competence.

In-House Certification Workshops
A two day certification workshop for a minimum of 4 people can be delivered in-house, which focuses on specific applications for the use of Life OrientationsŽ materials. All the public workshop elements are included. Additionally the program can be tailored to focus on the needs of the organisation eg tailoring the LIFOŽ Method for an upcoming management development course, using the LIFOŽ Method for a cultural change program etc.
